I totally understand your concern.
Actually, we have 3 more products lined up of which 2 focus on talent management and employee engagement. One of them focus on evaluating the employee and telling him/her what is expected from him according to his designation and on what skills he needs to work upon etc. The same product will also be used for hiring in such a way that the shortlisted candidates will go through this evaluation process and the HR will know if they are the right team fit, job fit, culture fit etc. If the candidates go through, then they will have a personal interview. And ofcourse, we are implementing ML here.
The other product is for employee engagement through which we want to increase the employees engagement with HRs and leadership so that they can understand employees in a much better way and do the needful to retain them.
Application Tracking System is another system we are working on which will help us track applications of job openings that are present there in the job listing tool (the one this article is about). We will do this by integrating our product with linkedin, glassdoor etc.
All this will together make a complete hiring and talent management solution.
Also, ROI is not something I have to worry about. Ofcourse, I have to design products that produce a high ROI but then other people are already there to look after this.
